“I went into the store where I first spotted this mirror and was served by an incredibly helpful and lovely staff member who noticed I had a suitcase and recommended, instead of carrying a big breakable thing around and trying to get it home on the train, I order for delivery instead. She set me up an account and sorted me out. Unfortunately I had to return the first item that arrived as it was damaged. Customer service was efficient, helpful and dealt with the matter immediately. Highly recommend!”
