“I purchased 3 items from the Oliver bonas located in Victoria Train station. I was disappointed that despite asking for my blue light card discount, showing my blue light card and also double checking that the discount was put on, they still did not apply my discount. After I paid, the lady discovered that she had not put it. I always double check for this reason and she had assured me she had. They offered to refund me and then charge me again but I would have missed my train, so I had to run. This was really disappointing and has never happened before with Oliver bonas.”
