“The vape itself it great, I love the purple and the display. My only complaint is the coils burn out alot quicker then I expected.”

“I'm happy with the refills I buy but you advertise the batteries for £1.75 if you buy the refills and when I tried to purchase these together they are still coming up at £3.00?”

Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. To receive the £1.75 offer for our K1 battery, this must be added to the basket with the multibuy. You will need to be on the page with the refill you would like to purchase, select which multibuy size you are looking for, and then a pop up will appear offering you the battery at £1.75! “Recently on the odd occasion a cartridge seems to not last as long (appx 1 in ten) based on years of my usage of these. I'm not sure whether it's normal or bad quality control. Seems to be happening more frequently in the last 12 months.”

“I enjoyed the ok vapes but I always do. I’m a bit disappointed though, as the tips don’t last nearly as long as they did when I first used them. Apart from that I’m satisfied as I mentioned”

“On several occasions I have difficulty with opening the tops of the bottles. On these occasions i have to sprize the top off with a knife, then break the seal..It's a pain in the bum. Otherwise the product itself is good.”
