Good products and customer service however pod re-fill prices have literally doubled overnight.

Hi there, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods. I have been using ok vape for a long time and they suit my needs very well. However their website only works intermittently and although I have set up a regular order several times, just lately it keeps cancelling it meaning that I get very low before I realise I need more. I find this stressful.

great product ,but With the price increase now ,it makes it £1 per pack cheaper in the local asda ,no longer value for money ,buying direct from yourself now .

Have been slightly disappointed with my latest order of menthol high refills. They do not screw on the e cig very well. It's as though the rings are not aligned. First ever time I have experienced issues

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that your order is taking longer to arrive than expected. Are you referring to the order placed earlier this week? If so, I can see that you selected the free Royal Mail service; this is not a guaranteed service and is estimated to take 1 - 3 working days, however, it can take slightly longer. We do offer fully tracked Next Day services from Royal Mail and DPD for a small fee, you can find out more about these services here: https://okvape.co.uk/delivery/.

The virginia flavour is so nasty and can you keep menthol a little bit than tobacco flavour? Other than that it’s 5 stars review for you. Thank You

When I first purchased some Menthol cartomisers I was pleased with taste but now they seem to lose flavour very quickly. I have bought from the shop and online. Very disappointed as I prefer the cig a like type of vape. I did ring customer service and they sent me a pack as a good will gesture but they were just as bad.

Not happy with free battery no longer being supplied when you purchase 4 packs of refills.Also last two purchases have taken a week to arrive instead of two days previously but unaware if this is due to Royal Mail or OK Vape. Without free battery I may return to purchasing from Asda instead as no wait for delivery then and was the only reason I switched to buying direct from OK Vape in the first place.

Hi there, We have recently changed our multibuy offers on the refills so that they no longer come with any batteries by default. However, all our multibuys now offer a cheaper price per pack on the refills. This was in response to customers not always wishing to receive a spare battery whilst still getting a great deal on our refills. The pack sizes have changed slightly but it now costs just £4.50 more to get five packets of refills instead of 4, with even lower prices on larger pack sizes. We dispatch all orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri and 10am Saturday the same day but once the order has left us, the delivery is in the hands of Royal Mail and they do not offer any guarantees on the service that we use in order to offer free delivery to our customers. We send a large number of orders via Royal Mail and, although there are occasional delays, the service is usually very prompt so we hope that you will not experience any more issues with this. If you do notice that the service does not improve, please do get in contact with us and we will escalate a complaint to Royal Mail. I can see that you chose our standard free delivery service which is estimated for delivery within 1-3 days with Royal Mail. Although this is usually a very efficient service, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays in quite a few areas of the UK which has impacted some deliveries to our customers. We always aim to get our customers orders to them as quickly as possible however, we are reliant on external postal services and we can only apologise that this meant your order took longer than expected. As well as the free standard service, we also offer RM Tracked 24 & DPD Next Day services for a small charge which, although not guaranteed, are more reliable for next day delivery. Have been using Ok Vape now for about 4 years now and my experience with the them overall is very good from delivery to customer service but...... recently finding the filters aren't lasting as long as what they use to, habits haven't changed and think this needs addressing!

Product and service good. For some reason I can’t order from my iPhone. I place my order in the basket but can’t then view the basket, only a blank page, I can’t get past pay now only blank page . On my iPad I have no problem the order goes straight through, except it picked my order from my iPhone basket as well, now I have ordered more than I intended to. Didn’t want to cancel and start again. I always used to order from my iPhone!!!

Lately I've found that some refills don't work. I've reported back to OK Vape. They have sent a new pack of refills
