I'm disappointed because I didn't expected it to be so sweet. It's like I'm vaping liquid sugar. The strawberry and blueberry ones I can not use, they are so sweet, they make me sick. Even the menthol one is more sweet than menthol. I would have liked the tobacco one, but again, sweet. I've bought 12 packs at my first order and I can barely smoke the cream and mint. I feel less sugar taste with that.

As a loyal customer for the best part of a year, I have watched service from this company decline. Free postage is now 48 hour not 24. All my bonus points have vanished with their new bonus system appearing. I love the products, but the cost is increasing way above inflation.

Hi there, Many thanks for your review. We appreciate the free delivery service has changed from a 24 to 48, however we are seeing lots of the parcels still getting delivered in around the same time. The free service has improved however as it is now fully trackable; which seemed a very desirable feature from the feedback we have had from our customers. We did have to increase our prices in September last year, but we had not increased our prices at all for the previous 10 years. Due to cost increases, this was unavoidable - but there have no increases since and the current prices will remain for the foreseeable. We are reliant on external postal services to deliver orders on time, unfortunately due to the higher volumes of mail due to the Royal Mail Industrial Action and the festive period, there was significant disruption in their services. I can’t really give a good review as my order that was placed in December has still not arrived. Yes there have been postal strikes but there has been deliveries of other stuff from DPD and the Royal Mail to other members of my family since, so at the moment my review is not positive. Paid for 24 hours Royal Mail shipping and waited 5 days for delivery Should not advertise if it can not be achieved

Good value: both batteries and the nicotine capsules lasted amazingly long. Produced loads of smoke! However, rapidly gave me a cough. Ten Motives product doesn't do that (though more expensive).

Never responded to a query. Still waiting part of my order.... Product is rubbish - filters last for about half a day. Battery even shorter. Its in the bin.

Very disappointed that I'm now going to have to change to a diffeeant vape as you've more than doubled your price almost the price off cigarettes . I spent alot of money on your site . Won't be buying anymore at that price my friend's feel the same your going to lose alot off customers.

Hi Linda, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods. Always very difficult to get past pay now page . I’ve had many orders and when I try to repeat orders can never manage to do it . Most frustrating site I’ve ever encountered

Several times the refill will not screw into the battery end ! I have saved a brand new 1 that I can send to you ! I have 3 batteries and it will not screw in any of them !?

Recently I’ve been getting Ecig refills that run out far to quickly. I’m considering looking for a different vape. I change batteries regularly & replace regularly. It’s like they’re not so good anymore.

The recent batteries purchased are dead. This might just have been a bad batch. If I become desperate, I shall re-order(hopefully not with the same result).

Been purchasing extra high refills for a long time but over last few months near enough every box of 5 has 1 menthol refill put in it. And refills aren't lasting as long as they used to

Replacements do not seem to last very long on last 2 sets I have purchased Maybe a faulty batch or maybe that they are not being filled with as much vapour so that people need to purchase more May try buying my next lot from Assad shop to see if they last longer One vapour filter usually last me a day now using 2 a day get not using it anymore than normal has anyone else noticed this problem
