“Yes they are ok but I preferred the taste of the premium cartomisers which you don't sell anymore, but your service is brilliant especially next day delivery.”

“I have used this product for 3 years now and stopped smoking after 35 years no problem. Customer service is excellent. My issue is that the cartridges are not lasting as long. When I first stared using this product one cartridge would last for a full day now I am at least two a day especially my last order when no cartridge has lasted more than 6 hours e.g my last cartridge was started at 8pm and has to be changed at 9am and I was asleep for 7 hrs of that!”

“have been buying these extra tobacco for ages and ages, however the last lot are definitely different. They taste a bit like cinnamon and mint, don't like them at all. If its not broke don't fix it. go back to the original flavour please PLEASE.”

“batteries do not last as long as they did when i first had them.I have sometimes had refills with nothing in them.Any reason for this.”

“Very quick delivery, amazing. However the e liquids I ordered were awful, the melon one made me feel sick as did the mango and the cherry one had a weird taste to it nothing like cherry.”

“I've actually just ordered some refills. After reading the reviews I can agree that the cartridges don't last as long as they used to. Nor do the batteries. I thought it was because I was using my e-cig more often but I really don't think I am. However, these are the best I've tried and am really pleased with them. Just thought I would agree with some of the other reviewers.”

“I rated three because this is my favourite cigarette alternative. I haven't smoked an actual cigarette for the last two years because of this product... BUT lately I've been looking for an alternative. A cartridge used to last an entire day, now I use a minimum of two cartridges, sometimes even three a day, yet I smoke it the same amount as I always have done. Quite often there's an entirely dead one in the pack too, really disappointing. Please sort the issue, I don't want to change! I can't recommend the product when it doesn't work as it should.”

“Good and understandable ordering etc. also delivery fast. Product is not as good as others (length of each refill) on the market, but for the price it works out average.”
