“Took four days to arrive but product ok.”

On the tracking, I can see it was despatched using our free, 2-3 day service, on the 21st July and delivered on the 24th. Unfortunately this service does not include Sundays, so it was delivered within the estimated timeframe. “Service normally very good but disappointed with the recent problem with the tobacco pods being out of stock. And with a delivery expected 4-5 weeks. Have had to temporarily change to another supplier. If the problem occurs again I will make this a permanent change. If they are so popular why not order more stock to allow for this?”
