“Item fine but wish you wouldn't use Royal Mail for delivery, they are pathetic and take days longer than Evri . Also Royal Mail never update their emails they send you”

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the tracking link inside. You can then use this to track your order on Royal Mail's website. We apologise again if the tracking is not updated. We are reliant on external postal services to have the orders delivered safely and efficiently, but occasionally they can let us down. We do offer alternative, quicker delivery options, which can be selected on the basket or checkout page.
