“At times some of the packets of pods seem like dupes. They barely let anything out when u pull on them and what they do let out would cut the back of your throat and make you cough badly. I have had to dispose of these packets. . I have had at least 5 packets like this . I am seriously considering changing from this brand.”

“They are just brilliant my one disappointment is they only come in a pack of 2 now instead of a pack of 3”

“Went to re order e cig batteries and tips but had a problem getting my order to send ( my fault probably) so phoned your customer service number and spoke to a wonderful lady who sorted my order there and then, my order was delivered very shortly after. Great service thank you.”

“I have been using OK Vape for many years, but have found that the battery have got more unreliable over resent months and I'm having to order a lot more batteries to see me through my order. I order a multi pack. Is there anything you can do to improve the reliability and life span of the batteries.”

“Product are good quality. Was disappointed next day delivery didn’t come the next day. When contacting company said it’s only on orders before 2 pm . This should be written where you choose delivery as i paid £5 for next day delivery and didn’t get it .”
