“When you changed to the plastic ones with your logo all over it. We lost our 1st e-cigs before not a problem but after this happened i am now anxious if they will arrive or not!”

Hi Kim, We're so sorry again that one of your orders went missing. Please be assured that we have been monitoring 'lost in post' complaints closely since changing the packaging in August last year and so far have not experienced any increase in these incidences since doing so.
