“When you changed to the plastic ones with your logo all over it. We lost our 1st e-cigs before not a problem but after this happened i am now anxious if they will arrive or not!”

Hi Kim, We're so sorry again that one of your orders went missing. Please be assured that we have been monitoring 'lost in post' complaints closely since changing the packaging in August last year and so far have not experienced any increase in these incidences since doing so. Therefore I think this was just an unfortunate coincidence but if you do experience this issue again in future then we will of course resolve it for you as quickly as possible. “I gave up smoking cigarettes two years ago this month (April) but still craved the 'kick' I got from nicotine. OK Vape satisfies that craving for me. I like the fact it looks like the real thing, with a red/Orange glow at the end. It's very discreet and doesn't come with an enormous tank fitted to it. I can still enjoy having a smoke with my friends when socialising, without emitting clouds of noxious, fruity smells into the atmosphere. OK Vape leaves no odours on clothing or on my breath. Brilliant product with no nasty chemicals”
