“When you changed to the plastic ones with your logo all over it. We lost our 1st e-cigs before not a problem but after this happened i am now anxious if they will arrive or not!”

Hi Kim, We're so sorry again that one of your orders went missing. Please be assured that we have been monitoring 'lost in post' complaints closely since changing the packaging in August last year and so far have not experienced any increase in these incidences since doing so. Therefore I think this was just an unfortunate coincidence but if you do experience this issue again in future then we will of course resolve it for you as quickly as possible. “Would have been 5 stars but there seems to be a problem with quality control. I smoke pretty much the same every day,but a packet of refills usually lasts me 10 or 11 days or occasionally only 7 or 8. Still the one that suits me best.”

“good value for money - Ive been using a different brand of e-cigs for quite a while and the taste takes a bit of getting used to. I the ordered the starter pack which has one high and one medium strength refill. Although my previous ones were high I found I preferred the taste of the medium”

“Good arrived quickly ordered 9am Monday arrived Wednesday. Have been using for 4 days and so far effective. I am still on my first infuser, I chose medium strength menthol, and I am very happy with it.”
