Very good delivery service. Recently, cartridges don’t seem to last as long (could a new battery be required?) Disappointed one cartridge unable to use. (Photo’s attached)

The only thing that let you down is royal mail, 3 days to deliver a next day package. The service from OK is exemplary

Great service , but rubbish delivery. Thank you post office. 48 hour delivery, turned out to be, pick up wednesday ....delivery ou tuesday. Please go back to as it was.

Hi Doug, Many thanks for your review. We're really sorry to hear you did not receive your within a good time. Most do usually arrive within 2-3 days after posting, however, this is not guaranteed. We are reliant on external postal services to get our customers orders to them quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately they do sometimes let us down, so we can only apologise that your delivery is took longer than usual. Our free delivery service was changed a while ago to the Tracked 48 service, which is fully trackable and is prioritised over non tracked services. Having used these products for a year now, I'm a total fan. Have cut down my need for nicotine significantly and am moving down to lower nicotine tips soon. Occasional tips that don't work are an annoyance, but not as bad as batteries that don't work (had two of them now out of six). Not happy about the change to the "points" system: I lost over six months of credit when they changed, and note that free post is now 48 hour: was 24 a year ago. However as an official non-smoker now I'm a happy vaper with no wish to go back to ciggies.

In regard to the points, we are sorry, there seems to have been a technical issue here and we have now moved your points over to the new OK Kudos Scheme. Please accept our apologies again for the mistake. We changed our free delivery service to the Tracked 48, which is a more reliable and now a fully trackable service which we hope our customers find more useful. This service has a 2-3 working day delivery estimate, with deliveries made Monday to Saturday. It also includes in-transit options to divert your order to a safe place, or to a neighbour. Great service & delivery. I would prefer the battery tip to light up blue, not orange (I don't want the longer batteries). The tobacco flavour isn't great but passable. I prefer the USA tobacco flavour but it isn't offered by this company.

Ordering easy but refill ofvape should be lower for packs. Of 10 we cannot afford 30 or 50 £5 for 10 sbould be achievable

Hi Aiden, Many thanks for your review. We have done everything we can to keep the increase to an absolute minimum and have absorbed some of the increases ourselves so as to keep them as low as possible for our customers. The other main cigalike brand is 10 Motives who sell packs of only 4 refills for £8.99. Our packs of 5 refills are over 37% cheaper, not taking into account the extra savings with our multibuys, so we are still very competitively priced and, as above, we have tried to keep these increases to a minimum. There is also our loyalty reward scheme to save further. We would be very sorry to lose you as a customer and hope that you will continue to shop with us and enjoy our products going forward. All good, as usual, except I couldn’t add batteries to my order. Kept telling me I couldn’t buy them without any refills due to postage restrictions. I had a 50 pack multi refill in my basket! Disappointed.

As far as a product for aiding giving up smoking goes I give it a firm 5 stars. However overall I’m scoring it 4 as the quality of the batteries. Followed instructions and ensured the charger was a 1 amp output, but have gone through several now as after a few charges the batteries dies.

one cigarette unfit for use. Tips will not fit and will not go into the charger. Everything else seems OK.

Great easy transaction, but in the deliverys that we have had there has been a pk of Mint instead of the Menthol ones that we order and we find the mint a bit sweet and sickly, but apart from that, keep up the good work
