I enjoy smoking the ok vape range and find them to be a satisfying alternative to smoking real cigarettes. However, I don’t think that the refills last very long. Im not a heavy smoker but I find myself changing refills nearly everyday which makes the refills very expensive. I will be looking elsewhere for an alternative. Very disappointed.

I placed this order online but, I no confirmation you had received it. So I had to phone to make sure it had gone through, being charged for the call. I’ve never had a problem before.

Love the product and it has assisted me to give up tobacco and lower nicotine intake. Delivery is however slow. Also non recyclable components.

I am sorry to hear about the delivery, I have researched into your order and it seems it got stuck in Royal Mail's system for a while. Orders on our free delivery service usually arrives within 2-3 days (in some cases, slightly longer) but I am sorry this wasn't the case with yours. If this happens again, please let us know and we can look into it. I was a little upset my points were taken away and I could not use them. I have always been able to use my points for some discount. Apart from that I am happy with the first class service you provide

I placed an order recently and it has taken days to come? I still don’t have it? I’m not sure what the cut off time for next day is? A good quality product with very good customer service overall.

The first order I placed was processed and delivered very quickly and accurately. The second order I placed a week ago and I’m still waiting on delivery! The tracking number when entered into Royal Mail website comes up with message to say information will be updated once delivery attempt has been made so not much use. The jury is open as to whether I will use them again!!!

The only thing it was not sent out the same day as quoted but nearer 3-4 days, but was received in good condition, just getting used to it.

Happy with the product, but not happy with the container that it is in. Bought a packet of 6,out of the 6 I could only open 3 of them, it was the same the with the previous delivery too. I had to use a knife in order to pop the top off then use the empty bottle top to put on the new one, so that I could use it. Sorry but you did ask!!

Been buying on vape products for around 5 years . Have always had fast delivery for free, and no issues with the products themselves. I tried to order for next day delivery, and paid 3.75 for dpd next day. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that there is a cut off time of orders before 2pm to ensure next day. So I wasted the 3.75 and could have had free delivery .

I was enjoying the pods but I can’t afford the hike you have put them up to £9 for three will have to look elsewhere for a alternative that’s affordable to me as I’m a pensioner Phyllis mccluskey

Hi Phyllis, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods.
