On Royal Mails Tracked 48 service parcels should be delivered in 2-3 days but this is unfortunately not guaranteed. We are reliant on external postal services to have the orders delivered safely and efficiently, but occasionally they can let us down. “The re-fills are ok some seems dry. However, I have problem with the battries. A large number of them don't seem to be charging. I have checked the charging instructions and have followed it but it still doesn't seem to be charging.”
