Order arrived quickly however the pencil case was frayed and the notebook stained - I only paid £5 for this plus p&p however if I'd paid full price I would have been sent back- I wouldn't by any more of your stationery boxes sorry

Whilst it was lovely colours and wrapped so beautifully, I'm disappointed with the content, or lack of it to be honest. I thought for the price paid, albeit discounted, it was a rip off. I received a review notebook and a pencil. Whoop whoop for £7 (Inc. Postage) Thanks but no thanks. Really disappointed 😞 .

Did not receive the personalised card which was for a special occasion, however the other 2 cards I did receive were excellent.

I love the artwork and pricing of these birthday cards, but hate the customer experience. I ordered over a certain £ amount during a promotional period to get free delivery, but then I see on my receipt that I was charged for delivery anyway. Also, all the cards I ordered were stuffed into one tiny envelope, so most of them arrived bent. £4 for badly packaged items delivered at a leisurely pace! Disappointing. I had a bad experience with this company a couple of years ago and thought I’d give them another try, but now I remember why I’d sworn off them.

Not sure how many stars to give. The book WAS lovely however the cardboard envelope in which it was packed was soaking wet. The book was very damp and although I tried to dry it out slowly it warped. I am trying to press it flat. For the product itself 5 stars. For the packaging 2.

Sadly packaged badly in a small stuff envelope which meant the box inside was bashed and the notebook crumpled. Necklace was nice at sale price.

The first parcel was lost. Thankfully the person from your customer support was super helpful and the replacement was sent out asap. However, the parcel was so poorly packed & handled that I received 1 out of 3 pens. 2 out of them just fell out somewhere in transit.

I bought a daily planner around 2 weeks ago and although I love the print and the pages inside I am disappointed with the quality as the front material has started lifting from the cover causing it to be loose and bubble up.

The service was very slow. It took nearly four weeks for the cards to arrive. I missed the birthday for which one of the cards was designed.

The delivery was a lot later than i expect and I had to get hold of two birthday cards additionally from elsewhere because I would have missed the date. Not great…

While the cards and gifts are amazing, the experience ordering them from across the pond led to disappointment. The package looked like it was submerged in a lake. The cards were all bent into a lovely "U" shape, with all the corners dog-eared. The pad of sticky notes had essentially baked, as could no longer peel from each other without ripping. The stuff is great,but US buyers beware.

I bought 2 art boxes for my daughter who has mental health problems. I didn’t want to open them to check the contents for pencil sharpeners as she uses them for self harm, so I sent an email asking if they contained any. I explained the reason but as yet haven’t had a reply. ☹️

I was very disappointed that my order was not dispatched for well over a week despite paying for express delivery. I appreciate that it was a busy time due to the sale but I was not made aware of this when I ordered.
