“Everything arrived okay and the cards look exactly like they were supposed to design wise however some of the cards are very small which I was not expecting, I feel embarrassed to hand them out to be honest. Having said that the quality seems good.”

“Kit looks lovely in terms of size and contents, but the address label was stuck directly on it rendering it an unsuitable Christmas gift, which is a shame.”

If our Artful or Papergang boxes are ordered as a stand alone product, there is no outer packaging required as the boxes have been designed to protect the content and these are shipped as they were when ran as a subscription service. We are very mindful of wastage and unfortunately we don't offer gift services on our orders. Hi Alice, I’m really sorry to hear that the box arrived damaged, especially since it was meant as a gift. We understand how frustrating that is. However, if a Papergang or Artful box is ordered as a stand alone product the outer box is used as the main packaging, as the boxes have been specifically design to protect the content only and is how the subscription boxes used to be dispatched. “Order arrived quickly however the pencil case was frayed and the notebook stained - I only paid £5 for this plus p&p however if I'd paid full price I would have been sent back- I wouldn't by any more of your stationery boxes sorry”

“Whilst it was lovely colours and wrapped so beautifully, I'm disappointed with the content, or lack of it to be honest. I thought for the price paid, albeit discounted, it was a rip off. I received a review notebook and a pencil. Whoop whoop for £7 (Inc. Postage) Thanks but no thanks. Really disappointed 😞 .”

“I love the artwork and pricing of these birthday cards, but hate the customer experience. I ordered over a certain £ amount during a promotional period to get free delivery, but then I see on my receipt that I was charged for delivery anyway. Also, all the cards I ordered were stuffed into one tiny envelope, so most of them arrived bent. £4 for badly packaged items delivered at a leisurely pace! Disappointing. I had a bad experience with this company a couple of years ago and thought I’d give them another try, but now I remember why I’d sworn off them.”

“Not sure how many stars to give. The book WAS lovely however the cardboard envelope in which it was packed was soaking wet. The book was very damp and although I tried to dry it out slowly it warped. I am trying to press it flat. For the product itself 5 stars. For the packaging 2.”

“The first parcel was lost. Thankfully the person from your customer support was super helpful and the replacement was sent out asap. However, the parcel was so poorly packed & handled that I received 1 out of 3 pens. 2 out of them just fell out somewhere in transit.”

“I bought a daily planner around 2 weeks ago and although I love the print and the pages inside I am disappointed with the quality as the front material has started lifting from the cover causing it to be loose and bubble up.”
