Items arrived in a hard-backed, non-padded ordinary envelope which had split on three sides out of four but miraculously still contained all 3 things inside. The paint tin is nice and worth the money, remarkably, despite the lack of care in packaging it. The yellow scissors don't even line up at the ends- probably damaged in transit and went in the bin. The quality of products is there with artful, just a lack of care and attention in packaging and transit on this occasion.

It said it's be there the Thursday before mother's day and it arrived the Wednesday after mother's day.

We're hearing from Royal Mail is was due to the last minute surge in mail in their network due to Mother's Day but even so we are very sorry for the disappointment caused. I purchased this as a birthday present for my aunt. I love the idea however it arrived without any packaging and the label stuck directly onto the actual presentation box. The birthday card that I wanted to write on was enclosed In the sealed box. This means the pretty box not only only has a giant Royal Mail postage label on it, but also needs to be opened to get the card out. I can’t give this as a present to somebody as what I’ll actually be handing over is a box, with a postage label on that has also been ripped open to get the card out. Very disappointed and a waste of money as Im now far too embarrassed to give this as a present to my aunt.

I got the stationary box for £5 plus postage and I’m disappointed so if I’d paid full price I would be gutted. Definitely not worth the money

I purchased this as a gift for a friend. Sadly the outer carton was not sealed correctly so got damaged, there was a puncture mark in the lid and your mailing label is not removable. Disappointing as I now can’t pass this on and without the box the contents package doesn’t look half as luxurious :(

I had been toying with making a purchase from oh Deer for a while, so when I saw an offer via vodaphone I thought I would buy the Night Garden Papergang Stationery Box, as a birthday gift for my sister and to see what the products are like. I think the standard price of these boxes is quite steep at £19.99 each but was happy to give it a go at a discounted price. Honestly, I would’ve been very disappointed if I had paid full price for this. My main gripe is the fact you have this lovely Olivia Burton designed set but then the address sticker is stuck directly into this and posted. The box arrives scuffed and dirty from the postage system. On attempts to peel off my address label, the packaging tore. So I decided I had to keep it as I could no longer gift it. In the box are two metal straws (not stationery related so pointless in my opinion). A thin A5 notepad, Happy Birthday Card (pointless having it IN the box??), A cardboard pen pot which you have to assemble, 3 Pencils and 4 A6 sticker sheets which admittedly are very pretty and the best part of the box. All in all it’s a good idea and would’ve made a nice present but it’s overpriced. I’d also like to point out that you should be charging £2.95 for postage and packaging when there is NO packaging.

Hi. The packaging and corner was quite badly damaged and marked. I was hoping to give as a present but couldn’t in the end . Tbh seems a nice product but let me down in this instance

Don’t put your sets in beautiful boxes if you see just going to stick a postal label straight on it. Very disappointing as what was going to be a gift no can’t be. Won’t be buying again

I was happy to be able to get the shirts from Safely Endangered from Ohh Deer. However, this caused my entire order to arrive nearly 2 months after ordering, with one of my other items missing all together. I love supporting independent businesses, but the way my order was processed and handled was poor. Communication about my order status was minimal until I reached out, while my payment was captured the moment my order was placed. As a business owner myself, I'd recommend that if products are being made-to-order, or inventory is not updated on the website (thereby customers are able to order products that are no longer in stock) then you should not capture payment at checkout. Instead, set your payment processor to preauthorize payments on checkout, and only capture payments when items are shipped. Overall, despite the selection of products from some of my favourite artists are available on Ohh Deer, there is a very low chance that I will shop here again considering all the missteps and bungling of my first order.

Our made to order shirts do require a 7 working day production time from December 14th as specified on the product description page before purchase. We do however apologise if this information wasn't clear to you at time. It would not be standard that any items are missing from deliveries however we are aware that human error can happen in some cases, we can see our team issued a refund immediately upon the report of a missing card to rectify this for you.
