Asking for a review. I havnt received my order shipped on 30.11.22 Not sure if this is Goal Mail as iv had other deliveries from RM.

Item still not received. Don't waste your money on Express Delivery as I am still waiting over a week after placing my order. Had issues with my previous order also, with missing items. Full refund was issued as soon as I raised this so customer service cannot be faulted.

Still have not received this I'm afraid : ( I blame Royal Mail - but maybe Ohh Deer need to consider this before Christmas. Really looking forward to receiving it before Christmas - fingers crossed

We do also offer next day delivery with FedEx on our website and would always recommend choosing a higher service at checkout if you are looking to receive by a specified date. Sadly, as not dispatched until 2 days after ordering, got caught up in the postal strike. Here we are 10 days later and no card for someone's birthday tomorrow

I recently order a stationery mystery bag and I was really disappointed with the contents. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. I won’t chance a mystery bag again sadly.

My friend has a subscription and having seen the mix of items and value received I thought I would try a mystery bundle. So disappointed. The full retail value of the items may have been just over the £25 I paid but mystery boxes from other companies have been more of a bargain. I also mostly got notebooks with a couple of pencils and rubbers - poor selection & only a couple of items I can use for presents (advertised as stocking fillers). Won't buy from you again

Ordered two mystery boxes and they both have exactly the same products in. Bit of a shame as I don't need two of each item. It should say somewhere that it has the same items in or there's only one variety of the mystery box

Items arrived quickly. I was extremely glad I did not pay full price. Value for money, even with the blind box deal price I felt was really poor.

I have ordered before and being so happy but this order is a nightmare! Partial refunds due to out of stock, currently NO delivery even though it’s been a week and I’m going to miss delivery as I’m leaving my address. Not happy.

The size of the card is tiny! Much too small to give as a birthday card. It is more like a notelet. Disappointed.

I ordered 3 diffetent boxes. Two arrived identical with old items despite claims of being new release. Art's and crafts package had boring basics and paint without surface or brush, and a single baffling posca pen. Very dissapointing. I have sent it all back.

My boxes keep being late and all I get each time is a scripted email sent to everyone, it’s a tad annoying when you pay on the first of the month but you don’t get anything until the end of the month

I can assure you that we are doing everything we can to try and avoid these issues. I know that it may not always seem this way from the outside but I can assure you it is the case. The last thing we want is for your shipments to be delayed. Due to our subscriber numbers, we aren't able to reach out to each customer personally but that is why we have started making the informative emails that we send out to customers if there is ever an issue. I ordered a Papergang Mystery Box after seeing it featured on the ‘This Morning’ TV programme. Unfortunately the box I received didn’t contain any of the items featured in the TV article. I assumed it would, an oversight on my part perhaps. I specifically wanted the rubber imprint stamp that was featured in the TV article. I’m very disappointed this wasn’t included in my order. A lesson learned I guess!

Very disappointed that the delivery label was on the beautiful box. I bought it as a gift but cannot give it due to the ugly label. I presumed there would be a presentation box inside so I opened it and now can't use it. Very sad
