Empty envelope arrived that was pretty much ruined by Royal Mail.

I have received an empty envelop. :( It was damaged so it maybe got lostfuring shipping, but very disappointing nonetheless...

Absolutely nothing like the photo I bought from, this was a washed out photocopy I'm most disappointed.

I feel absolutely conned with this purchase based on the item description. There is no baubles folks it's a basic low quality print. NO BAUBLES ! Sales of goods act 1983 springs to mind. 6 poorly printed, low quality cards for £20 I felt robbed. Needles to say I did not send them to anyone. They are good for the fire. Ohhhh deer you are a joke !!! Will never spend a dime with this "company" again. Merry Christmas

Ordered from ohh deer for the last few years. Never had an issue. Waited over a month to receive a card I ordered and contacted multiple times to be given excuse after excuse only for me to then have to go to tesco to get a card for someone before the Christmas posting cut off due to the cards NOT SHOWING UP !!!!!!!!!! Never ever ever ordering from them again.

I have yet to receive my order, purchased on 8th December. No response to any of my emails until yesterday, when I complained about there not being a response to my emails. Not had a reply from my response to that either!

These items arrived more than two weeks after I ordered them, and were therefore a complete waste as the serious delay meant I had to purchase cards in a shop so as not to miss the cut off for delivery. Unfortunately I will not be using this service again, as even with the Royal Mail strikes this delay is unforgivable.

Unfortunately Royal Mail have been on strike for 4 working days since the dispatch of your parcel which sadly has caused delays on the UK postal system alongside the big Christmas rush. I ordered 3 Christmas cards from you that still haven't been delivered 2 weeks later. It's now 19th December and too late for me to post them on to the recipients. Really poor service. I know the Postal strikes have caused problems but why didn't you use an alternative courier?

We do offer FedEx next day service for our UK customers as well, however this must be selected at checkout when you place your order, at this time you have selected Royal Mail 2nd class untracked. At this moment, it's impossible to give anything other than a 1-star rating as despite ordering on 28th November and despatched on December 1st, we have yet to receive our order.
