We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world who we work with to bring you all these amazing products! We support every artist we work with, with a share of the revenue going directly to them.

“Took longer than expected, due to Customs. Client service is good (fast and clear answer). Package was perfect, so all goods arrived undamaged. Fortunately Customs did not take much longer, because the Candy Kittens were "Best Before 12 December 2021". Old stock?”

“Really nice designs that are different than most other greetings card sellers. Delivery was quick and I liked how all the packaging was recyclable. The bundle I bought was great value but the individual cards were a wee bit dear. Would use Ohh Deer again and recommend”

“Great products but had to pay extra tax on shipment to Germany, which wasn't explicitly mentioned when I purchased. Next time I'm in the UK, I'll stock up instead. Also loved the plastic free packaging.”

“I ordered two of the mystery boxes. Whilst it contained items I wouldn't have thought to buy, I thought it was a good deal. However both boxes contained the same items, I thought they would be different from each other.”

“I was very happy on the whole with watercolour top-up box. The neon colours lived up to their name, and Artfuls brushes are always excellent. The only niggle I have is with the felt roll-up. The quality of the felt was very poor, scratchy, stiff and cheap-looking. I used it as a template to make my own out of good quality felt which did not cost any more than the price quoted for the one Artful provided. This, however, is a minor niggle as I said, the paints and the brushes are the main thing. Artfuls customer service is excellent, and their deliveries always arrive promptly and in excellent condition. This review would have been 4.5 stars if that had been an option”

“High import taxes and customs duties to Europe that occurred only after the shipment had been sent and the products had been paid. I had to pay €10 for £18 worth of goods. I'm aware that this is not the fault of the vendor/Oh Deer, but I think Europeans should be aware of these costs. Apart from that I had a positive experience with the shop itself as well as the products that I purchased.”

“Our many items were dispatched very quickly and we were able to change our delivery day to suit us. Products arrived well-packaged and we are very happy with them although one card had an envelope missing which was disappointing. I have not contacted ohh Deer about this. All of the items we bought were in the sale and incredibly reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend.”

Sadly we have seen a number of delays with orders being sent to the EU since the latest round of Brexit trade agreement changes came into place in early July. You are always more than welcome to get in touch with our team via email or over the phone if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date. Due to the recent delays, we do advise online that all orders sent via express/premium shipping can take around 14 working days to arrive. “Item as described and arrived in great condition unfazed by the postal services half way around the world. Its delivery was however a little slow and the postal tracking only showed partial clarity.”
