I can see this was placed on the 23rd of March at 21:59 and was dispatched promptly on the 24th of March on our 'free UK shipping', which is a standard service with a transit time of 3-5 working days. “Experience was great overall, just one minor complaint. I paid extra for tracking an international package and it ended up being useless. Status pretty much stayed the same once the final shipper received it and then it just showed up at my door. Had I known that was what I was paying extra for, I would have saved the money.”

“Great items in recycled packing! However I did order something which they didn’t send as it was out of stock but got a refund but still a shame I had to ask about this before they let me know! Well packaged and lovely items, would buy again”

“Gorgeous designs and fast delivery. however I recently ordered a card from the Twin Pines collection and it showed that the card was yellow with black writing, but when it arrived it was white writing which made it very difficult to read. Not sure why it was like this. I also would make a suggestion that you maybe stop using the stickers to seal the card and envelope together because they're quite difficult to get off and can leave residue behind/ tear the paper. Other than that, great.”

“My card arrived quickly which I was very pleased about. It’s really lovely and made a nice gift. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it is smaller than expected for near enough £5 I would have liked to to be slightly larger.”

“I am a subscriber and have purchased a few times mystery boxes and some times a couple at the same time, and I will get a few items repeated in mystery boxes. I adore stationery so I don't mind. The subscription boxes are good and I understand that you can't please everyone at the same time, but it would be nice to have a little variety?! Maybe if you are giving a dotted or squared paper note book maybe a little info of how to bullet journal. The quality of the products is good and the designs are well drawn.”

“I love ohhdeer but was shocked to have to pay 20 pounds extra for import on a 35 pound order. Not ohhdeers fault and I could have known, just didn't realise, but this brexit will keep me from ordering as much as I used to...”

“I ordered a selection of cards, including a Mother's Day card, a couple for up-coming birthdays & a 'happy new home' card. The amount of choice was great & I was able to filter my search easily to find what I was looking for. The only reason I awarded 4 stars instead of the full 5 was because I thought some of the cards were overpriced. Quick delivery time & beautiful packaging though.”
