“This would be even better if it had a birthday/anniversary page at the front or back as well as page for addresses. Other than that I love it. You should provide stickers too!!”

“My items arrived quickly in good condition. My order included a subscription box. It was listed on the order acknowledgement AND on the packing list, but not included. After I contacted Ohh Deer they refunded my money for the subscription. The person packing the order should have noticed something was missing! I waited 2 weeks - and would still be waiting. In a small order, only 5 items, they should have caught the mistake and contacted me.”

Hello Lorraine Thank you for your review. Apologies, for any disappointment caused by the error with your order and the customer service you have received. I can see that a member of our team replied to your email and explained that what you had purchased was actually supposed to be a link to our Papergang website as opposed to an actual item so this is why it was refunded straight away for you, as it wasn't a real product. All orders for the Papergang subscription would need to be placed via https://papergang.com/ due to how the subscriptions work. “I ordered a ceramic dinosaur planter which unfortunately arrived broken inside the product box. I took a couple of photos of the damage immediately and emailed Ohh Deer, who got back to me very quickly with an apology and the item was resent and received within a couple of days. Since the damage was inside the product box and so not visible without opening the packaging, and the replacement was sent so quickly without charge, I would rate 4 stars.”

“I love the products no complaint about that but I was waiting almost 2 weeks for the delivery, too much in my opinion. Anyway, i understand it's because the brexit ((and it's explained in somewhere at the web/ emails))”

Hi Ana, Thanks for your feedback! The standard delivery times to the Spain is around 3-6 working days. However, since Brexit has come into place it can take a little longer on occasion. “I really liked all the products, I wasn't disappointed in the quality so far! So many cool things! :) The delivery took more time than expected, but among the current circumstances, it was okay. The tracking could have been more detailed too.”

It looks like the order was placed on the 1st March with our Second Class shipping service, which is 3-5 working days and was delivered on the 4th March so this would have arrived in line with our advertised shipping time frame. Since Brexit went into effect in January all orders going from the UK to the EU over £20 are subject to customs charges. “The cards were lovely, and looked exactly as I expected! The delivery was a little slower than expected but understandable considering coming from the UK. I got in touch with the company and got a very quick reply but told I won't be able to track because I went for the cheaper delivery option. The card I needed arrived right on time though so very happy and super cute!”

“Great product offerings & swift service despite #brexit / customs - only niggle would be the size of the box / package & amount of packaging included - a bit OTT for what was ordered - might consider less or different packaging. Continued success ??”
