“Ohh deer are always the first place I look when I need a card - huge range and always something appropriate! The price is good, plus always get them quickly. My only quip is receiving the ‘free goodies’ in this case a teabag, along with other promotional goods. I know some people like this but to me this just increases the amount of waster I produce. There should be a check box option for these. Also using plastic to wrap the cards - I know this is standard but oh deer could set a good example by ceasing the use of this single use plastic.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and we're so glad to hear you enjoy our products. I have passed on your feedback to the respective teams as we are always trying to improve where possible. We are currently looking into a solution for this aiming to limit/reduce the amount of promotional items that are included with orders. In regards to the packaging we use, this is another area that we are currently looking into in order to create less waste both as a business and also for those purchasing our products. We really do hope that we can find more environmentally friendly solutions. “Products arrived promptly, well packaged. One of the items I ordered was the lucky dip cards and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars: the selection included cards I can't see myself ever giving. That's the thing with lucky dip I suppose, but having viewed their cards didn't expect to receive 4/5 that I won't use. It's all personal preference obviously and I'll just pick the cards I like in future. Otherwise great experience.”

“Great cards, great gifts too. Order was super quick to be delivered during "Free Postage" offer......hate paying for postage!! Ooh Deer, looks like I'll be buying more....... x”

“I ordered a mug, notebooks and greetings cards from the sale. Some of the cards were thinner than I would have expected for the original prices (£2.50) but fine for sale prices. Only real issue was the excess packaging. Order could easily have fit in one of the blue boxes but it was spread over two, then wrapped together with tons of sellotape.”

“Very good products and costumer care, the only down is the fact that they use national post to send the orders to Portugal, I had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive my order. I wouldn't mind paying for a better and faster shipping service.”

“The service is excellent: great choice of goods and fast, efficient delivery. The ONLY reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I've used this twice now to buy gifts for friends, and it would be really great if a gift-wrapping service was offered together with some way to write a message. But even so, I will definitely use Ohh Dear again and would recommend to friends.”

I can see your order was placed on the 27th of April at 20:21 and was dispatched promptly the following day (28th of April) via our 'standard service' which was selected at the checkout. “Everything about Ohh Deer's products and service has been top notch. My only downside was the packaging (because it was thin and not very protective) was damaged while in transit to me, which isn't necessarily Ohh Deer's fault but still, small damages occurred to the products I received.”
