We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“I ordered some of the birthday cards with envelopes that can be planted to grow seeds. My one concern is that on receiving the cards, I wasn't sure whether the envelopes can be addressed and put in the post, or whether they can really only be handed over in person or packaged inside something else.”

“Lovely designs and fast delivery. One item was smaller than expected which is fine, but it would be great to get some sort of scale in the images instead of just white backgrounds to make it easier.”

“Loved the cards, local to Loughborough so will be ordering from you guys more often. Only four stars because the packaging the cards came in wasn’t top tier which I expected as the cards are so great!!”

“Products are great but the package arrived bent despite the clear sign saying “please do not bend”. I was able to mostly remove the creases from the cards but it did spoil them a bit.”

“The card was lovely, good quality as always but my issue is with delivery time. It took 10 days to arrive and I had to go out and buy a card anyway because it was cutting it incredibly fine in terms of the recipients birthday. I *know* this isn’t Ohh Deer’s fault, it’s good old Royal Mail, and I’d honestly think twice before I order again because of this. They simply don’t deliver any more, pun intended. There need to be options for different standard delivery providers.”

“I telephoned a couple of weeks ago - maybe three - and left a message requesting a call back. Nobody did so, to this day. Very disappointing. Then I had the bright idea to see if you sold cards online. I found you did and my order was the result. I shall doubtless reorder, but I think you need to look into your failure to return my call. At worst, you'd have lost this order and any future ones.”
