“Items are lovely but I ordered Express delivery with the expectation that the item would be dispatched in 1-3 days as stated on the website but it took a week to be dispatched and then only arrived 1.5 weeks after order date. This was meant to be part of a present but I expected it to get there in 7-8 days at the latest so was too late.”

Hello Anna, Thank you for your review. We're sorry that your order arrived later than expected. Due to the bank holiday weekend and the number of orders placed during the Ohh Deer sale, we were unfortunately in a position where it wasn't possible to dispatch orders as quickly as we would usually do. We sent an email to all customers who had placed an order to make them aware of this at the earliest possible time, and advised them to contact us if this delay would cause a problem. We are very sorry if this email didn't reach you. The Standard or Express delivery options refer to the estimated delivery times and not to the dispatch processing time. Though we do aim for 1-3 days dispatch as standard, this was unfortunately a time when this was not possible. The order was dispatched via an Express delivery service. “I got some more papergang boxes on a recent mystery deal, never have been a subscriber but was really disappointed as they were repeats of one's I've been sent on similar offers before. Despite that the boxes are great quality the contents are fab will just stay away from the mystery deals as it was either very bad luck, they have no way of checking which boxes you've had before, or they don't mind sending out repeats.”

“I bought a mystery box and some sale items but the mystery box contained half the stuff I had ordered that was on sale so I have ended up with duplicate items and feel a bit like the mystery box is just a way of getting rid of stock that’s not shifting , which I understand, but it takes away a little of the ‘shine’ from the experience.”

Hi Tracey, We are sorry to hear of any disappointment caused by the craft bundle box purchased. This bundle includes crafting supplies like card, glue, stamps ect and a guaranteed Christmas craft kit as advertised. Some items included are available separately on the webpage but not all, so if you are purchasing further crafting items separately you may come across duplicates. “unfortunately the packaging was not solid enough for the roughness of the mailmen. One greeting card and the giftbag were so battered, they couldn't be used for a gift anymore. otherwise ok delivery”

“I was dissapointed with the quality of the card. The foil lettering had not been cut properly so there was excess on each of the letters, which when it then was touched, meant whole sections of the letter peeled off. It was also very small for the price. It arrived on time but I wouldn't buy again.”

“The cards I received were beautiful and very good quality although they were a little smaller than I had expected, the main reason for not giving more stars is that two cards were missing from my order and when the replacement order arrived there was still one missing, very disappointing.”

I can see that a member of our team has since issued a refund for the card that didn't arrive in the replacement order. But we are also going to follow up on this further because it is well below the standards we set as a company. With regards to the cards, we do include size information in the description of all products. Nevertheless, I'm sorry you found them to be smaller than expected. The Ohh Deer Team
