This was my first time ordering from Ohh Dear. I ordered 5 cards (3 personalised) so apparently they had to send them separately and charged extra for delivery which wasn’t stated on the delivery info page. Only when I questioned them did they explained and refund. The 3 customised cards were for Father’s Day, I received emailed saying they were posted 9th June and as of today, 17 June (the day before Father’s Day) I still have not received the cards. I’ve emailed them but still haven’t heard back. Very annoyed and disappointed!
