In addition to a 3 course dinner your package includes Champagne and canapes served in the lounge before dinner and a complimentary upgrade to an executive room subject to availability on the day of arrival. “There was a discrepancy between the newspaper article and the information on Offpeakluxury's computer. The lady I spoke to took the time to investigate, and that resulted in me being able to book the accommodation for our wedding anniversary. I was very grateful.”

“I found great difficulty understanding the reponse when the telephone was answered. The speech was garbled (obviously the result of having answered the telephone with the same response many times) and I had to ask twice if I had the correct number. However once I established that I did indeed have the correct number my questions were dealt with quickly.The agents were helpful and polite.”
