“Offpeakluxury website is so easy to use. My husband and I have booked on several occasions over the years and are always delighted with the the various, excellent accommodation that Offpeakluxury has to offer, whether it be a Hotel or Castle.”

“The process of changing my booking details ie to a different hotel was pretty good. The customer assistant was very good and the process ok except when my chosen credit card was not accepted because they're system stated the card isn't registered to my address - which it is ...I changed to a second card and the booking was confirmed. However the assistant could not give me a refund for card 1 for 24 hrs to be done by a manager. I find it very odd that their system could take money from my first choice card immediately , but it was not accepted !!?? I haven't received notice of refund yet .”

“It is a delight to deal with the friendly, helpful staff in the office. It is a treat to be able to speak directly to a real person and everyone I have spoken with has been unfailingly pleasant, They deal with issues such as accessibility and even individual idiosyncracies promptly and efficiently. It is better than speaking directly with the hotels, especially with chains that employ staff in distant places. Thank you to all of them.”

“We have been using OPL regularly for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. There is a large selection of luxury hotels to choose from. I received a voucher for Christmas and therefore booked my latest stay through the central booking phone number. I received an exceptionally friendly, helpful service. My special requests were passed onto the hotel as requested. Highly recommend OPL for an enjoyable luxury break.”
