“Helpful people who dealt with my request courteously. The only downside was that I had to chase up the position a day after the first contact. All went smoothly thereafter.”

“Seems a decent company offering good Hotel offers. Only negative is I didn't get an email confirmation.I checked my online details and my submission of email address was correct.Fortunately I down loaded the confirmation.”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your review - we're pleased you liked the offers. Regarding the confirmation, we send out email confirmations, in the vast majority of cases, within minutes of the order. I'm guessing your confirmation will be in your spam or junk mail folder. In any case, I'll arrange for you to be sent a new confirmation email. “Website was a bit clunky, layout could be clearer. Lady I spoke to on the phone was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I like the fact I could ring and speak to somebody and in the UK, very personable. Will book with you guys again.”

“The parking at the Hotel is £5 per night if not booked through Offpeakluxury... a bit annoying its £15 reduced to £8 as a special offer... still £6 extra through you... very daft!”

“all appeared to work ok some choices were meant to be make when booking but don't know how . maybe have to ring hotel after confirmation but before actually going”

“Easy to use web site , would have preferred the option of booking the hotels resturant at the time of booking and paying the full price rather than having an allowance for food per night , it remains to be seen if your tariff was the best one”
