“I spoke to 2 staff members on separate days. Both were extremely helpful. I originally called in response to a Daily Telegraph promotion, but as I wanted a 3 night stay, the first speaker (Gemma) suggested a direct booking with you might be easier. Itwas also slightly cheaper. After checking my dates, I called back the following day and confirmed the booking. I was very satisfied with the ease of booking, and look forward to our stay.”

“Our experience thus far with Offpeakluxury has been very good. With them being able to offer a wide selection of venues at competitive prices we have been able to stay at some great locations and sample excellent food and service at each. The booking arrangements are simple to follow, as is the search facility on their website.”

“Very easy process to redeem our voucher. The only thing I would have liked to see, is options to book times/tables for our complimentary afternoon tea and evening meals. Not quite sure what happens now with those .”

“I have only had phone contact so far when enquiring/booking . The agent, Rachel, was most helpful with questions about the hotel. She was friendly and warm and very easy to talk to. I phoned again the next day and although I did not speak to Rachel, the agent was extremely helpful offering to contact the hotel re my enquiry and call me back …… this she did within the hour. Disappointed with some of the reviews on Trip Adviser for the hotel but I will make my own mind up when I stay. I was pleased to read that the manager answered each review”
