“It supplies a wide range of possible hotel breaks both in price and location. There are some very good hotels and so I chose one that I have not been to before but has good reviews. I will provide feedback on my stay after the event.”

“Excellent value break. The hotel was relaxed and informal and still gave an air of luxury. The one drawback was breakfast which was disorganised and needed an organiser. The food itself was fine and there were several serving staff present but noone was prepared to explain the format or to take charge and ensure service ,let alone first class service that the rest of the hotel managed with ease.”

“Finding a good hotel break with the site was easy. The description was clear and concise. The only negative for buying a gift was that I could not specify the guest details and my details separately.”

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to rate your experience with us, although I am sorry that the stay you have booked was not easy to put into 2 names. The "Party Leader" information is usually the name of the person who is staying, and if a kind friend or relative is providing the funds for the stay, they generally use their contact and payment details throughout the rest of the booking process. We can provide a Presentation Confirmation for you to give to your friends; this will show photographs of your chosen hotel and the offer inclusions, but no total price for the stay. We can also include a personal message which can be printed onto the Presentation Confirmation. This can be sent to you via email or in the post (or can be sent directly to the recipient). “Good selection of locations/venues. Easy search feature on website. Reasonably good deals offered compared with other websites -and the extra touches makes a difference. Choosing dates is easy, clear pricibg gicen, booking is straightforward. Looj forward to trip!”

“Good website with most of the information to hand.Prompt answering of telephone with courteous reply.Easy to book and the e-mail confirmation of the booking came swiftly and described our booking correctly. The only drawback was the cancellation policy which seems harsh bearing in mind that these are off peak bookings and alternative dates could be offered to no-one's detriment.”

With regards to our cancellation terms, once within 7 days of arrival our policy becomes less flexible than when we are outside 7 days of arrival. Our offers have off peak prices all year round, and our packages are specially negotiated with each of the hotels in our portfolio to offer excellent value for money. We would always ask a hotel if they are able to offer a date change, but within 7 days of arrival it is at the hotels' discretion and we do charge a small administration fee to cover the additional work involved. “I have known The Wood Norton just outside Evesham since 1953 when we moved to Worcestershire. It used to be a French Royal Residence , then a BBC property, but recently it has changed use to be a hotel. I need a "recovery base" following my left knee replacement. Following a previous similar operation on my right knee, we went for such a recovery to the Manor House hotel in Moreton in Marsh - that was excellent. However the lure of the Wood Norton could not be resisted, so we are greatly looking forward to a 3 night stay in early December. Thanks for making this "dream come true" at a price we can afford”

“We stopped at the rookery hall hotel and spa for a romantic weekend away.Very nice hotel with the extra touches. The room we had was nothing special as this was part of the classic packages but we did ask at reception if there were any upgrades and they were more than happy to oblige Thank you so much that made the difference.”
