Our team of reservation agents is available 7 days a week, until 10 pm, to handle your every need from beginning to end which may include reserving a table for dinner and any extra touches to make a stay perfect. Whatever the service fee you are charged we offer a price match guarantee which means that even including this we guarantee best value and best service. “The website is very easy to use and options for selecting rooms are easy to follow and an added bonus is that if there is an upgraded room available when you arrive you automatically get this free. So I will be using this website frequently when looking for the best hotel deals.”

“Phone enquiry and order placement were excellent. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and cleared up all my concerns. Only concern when order confirmation came through - it asked if we wanted free champagne or afternoon tea- We had already advised you that we required Champagne. Also booked table for 7 pm in restaurant- this was not confirmed on confirmation e mail.I, m being picky, but hope this feed back helps you.”
