“Received your email concerning Lake District hotels. Decided to book Grange Hotel Grange over Sands On Line but needed to use Chat line because of my Wife's special requirements following a Stroke. Chatted with Julie and then she telephoned to discuss the issues, she rang the Grange Hotel whilst I hung on and I'm delighted to say she sorted all issues and made the reservation. Later Julie rang to confirm everything and your emails followed. Excellent service from Julie, she is a brilliant customer service operator, professional, knowledgeable, very efficient and pleasant with it Top marks.”
