“When booking our Offpeakluxury stay on line using a voucher which included the full price all went well until the final step to making payment . At this point an additional unexpected cost was requested. I challenged this with your customer service team. The query was soon resolved by your team and no increase has to be paid.”

“Whilst booking our stay, which was a present, we were told exactly how much the present was worth. I don’t think our giver wanted to know that. As it happens we have now been given a credit note for another stay.”

“The offers for most hotels are generally better than anything else available and they usually have a few nice perks, e.g a bottle of wine, an upgrade, or after dinner coffee, plus I have always found that all the offers are totally transparent, no aggravating small print. The booking system is very straightforward and usually very quick. The website is excellent for the hotel details and simple to navigate around.”
