“Website was very difficult to use, wasted quite a lot of time. Multiple requests to log into account unsuccessful due to apparent problems on your system. Ended up using a different email address to book without logging in.”

“I’ve always been happy with the hotels I have chosen but recently I made a mistake with the date when booking online. When I rang to correct the mistake your staff were understanding, cheerful and above all helpful. The mistake was corrected and the payment was corrected without any additional charge. I and my family will be using you often in the future.”

“Excellent service from Lee in booking our short break. Typically, for me , I changed my mind about how many days but was easily sorted. The second lady I spoke to (sorry can't remember her name said she would speak to Lee. A short time later Lee rang and booking was changed with no problem at all. Excellent customer service!”

“The hotel had a lovely relaxed feel. The room was spotless. The food was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. However due to staff shortages the bar was not always manned and you had to get reception to find someone to serve. A minor issue which the hotel had advised of. It would not stop us recommending or visiting again.”
