“Having seen offer and hotel details very disappointed when we enquired for treatments to find they have shut this facility at end of October we are going in November. If your jumping in site block contact with hotel you should check before offering deal We paid extra for a superior room on the invoice it just says double room”

“The website was so east to use and the descriptions of the various venues were excellent. This was exactly what I was looking for a short term luxury break in the area of my choosing. I hope the next experience of the visit is as good as the selection process.”

“I booked at one venue asking for a room with a nice view as the stay would be for my wife's birth. Julie at Offpeakluxury came back to me to say that there were no "view" rooms at that hotel. She then helped me cancel, and book at another venue. She was very professional and very helpful.”
