“Your website is good and is easy to navigate. Had to call you about a specific detail, the call was answered promptly but a call back was required. Your call back was quick and the information was complete, all confirmed by email, I made the booking……well done.”

“Booking was carried out efficiently and helpfully by a member of your staff over the telephone. Initially tried booking over the Internet but with questions we wanted to ask decided it was easier on the telephone. Only booked so far - not yet stayed so have not answered last two questions about value for money etc”

“Just booked a two night stay for a spa hotel in Oswestry for myself & my sister. Booking was very straightforward & the website was easy to navigate. Also details of what was included in the booking was extensive so there was no need to phone to find out. Looking forward to our spa break in October.”

“So far excellent service, booked over the phone on a Sunday!Everything and all my questions answered quickly and efficiently. I haven't stayed at the hotel as yet , will review later. Bonus, i saved £35 on the booking 🙌”
