“It was down to the good manor and helpful service provided to me from the first point of contact from your nice colleague over the phone. Rachel was very curtious Polite and friendly. “An easy to understand website, and a fantastic deal! - very clearly laid out with no hidden costs and a good understanding of what was being offered. I haven't been on my stay yet, so yet to find out if accurate however.”

“The lady on the other end of the phone was so pleasant and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and made a direct phone call to the hotel to make sure that we had the correct garden room.#We also had quite a laugh! Excellent. I will use this service again!”
