“Placed an order on 26th December 2022, that was advertised to be delivered same day. One week after, order yet to be delivered. Requested for order cancellation was then made on the 28th of December and till date no refund has been made.”

“So far it seems to be working fine I’ve only tried it for 5 minutes to check it looked ok before wi give it to my son for his birthday on the 3rd but so far it looks good. I just say the delivery over the Christmas period was amazing ! I was expecting it to take a few days for the product to get to me but I ordered it and it came with 24 hours I was amazed.”

“I purchased a Hoover board for my son for Christmas. The charger stopped working on the second charge. I tried several times to contact the supplier but had no reply. I decided to purchase another charger which I still have not received!!! Again I have tried to contact Hoverboard (supplier) and have still had no contact!! Shocking service!!!”
