The actual hoverboard is ok. However the hoverboard did not arrive before Christmas despite their website offering next day delivery on the 22/12/22.
I contacted customer service, they were very argumentative and didn't properly read my emails. I noticed that following my email the next day delivery icon disappeared from their website.
