“Granddaughter (9) ecstatic with her hover board with seat and takes every opportunity to zoom around the area. It is the best gift I've every bought her and gives her plenty of freedom as she is not a bike enthusiast. Just need to stop 'hovering' around to make sure all is safe and well. I'll get better. Really recommend and seat is a great addition.”

“Without question the worst company I have ever dealt with. £300 hoverboard and kart that after being sent back and forth for repair (at a cost of £15 to me for postage !) they have admitted the board overheats and shuts down and from their diagnostics they say the battery will run for 24 minutes use on a full charge and think this is enough time/value for money for a 10 year old child that wants to play out on it. Customer service is a disgrace and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere as for the money you pay the products are cheap tat and the customer service reflects this. Stay away........”

“I bought two 10” models. The devices are good and work well, but one broke within 3 months. It has been fixed but costs £15 to return. Their customer service was absolutely fine, and easy to deal with.”

“Within 9 days (2 days bank holiday) I had my 9 year olds hoverboard assessed diagnosed fixed and returned- all at a reasonable price. Can’t ask for better than that. Staff helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended and will reuse if needed.”

“Feel quality, 6 year old was unfortunately too light, he's 25.2kg, minimum weight 25kg listed on product, it however doesn't register him on it, only one side will work most of the time - fine with heavier people like myself. Need to revisit the minimum weights. This was his main present and its not use able and leaves him frustrated. If your over 30kg though get it - so much fun! Retains charge well.”

“These Hoverboards are great. My 8 and 6 year old love them, with and without the kart. They make it look so easy to go! Customer service has also been excellent and dealt with an exchange and a replacement part without any fuss. Would recommend.”

“AVOID! Our hoverboard became faulty after less than 3 weeks! Sent it back, they had to replace the side wheel, motor and motherboard! Didn’t send charger back to me and tried to say I had not sent it back to them (not true), they then said they would send another charger, this does not work. They’ve then sent another charger, the hoverboard still is not charging! Have emailed and now getting no response. I have reported to trading standards, avoid at all costs.”

“Worst company ever! Beware, they make you pay for the items and send you parts only!! Then they don't send you a replacement or even the parts to complete the item you paid for. They will want to charge you to return it and then not refund you. Please be smart and buy a Hoverboard from a different company. This company is a fraud!!”
