Hoverboard has a fault and had to send back for an engineer to look at. The customer service has been great via email however we had to pay our own postage to send the hoverboard back. We haven’t heard yet if it is fixable but there is a 1 year warranty so I’m hopeful we will either get a fix or replacement.
Again customer service has been great so far, so fingers crossed it’s a fix or replacement we get soon!
