Thank you for your review. Having looked into this I can see that you have ordered a made to order product that is on a 6-8 week lead time. The product arrived but I can see that you have requested a change to the installation address, which has caused an additional delay. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and can see that an install date will be confirmed this week.
Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. Having looked into the issue, I can see that the courier delivered to the incorrect property. We then offered to pick this up and redeliver however you declined this offer. We have escalated this with the courier in question and they will be speaking to the individual driver to ascertain what happened and why the delivery was made to the incorrect address.
