As a business, we dispatch hundreds of orders daily, and unless a customer contacts us directly or dpd flags an issue, we have no way of knowing that a parcel may be delayed or missing. “I ordered a sandbanks coat at 12:30am with no hope it would arrive in time for me to go to football at the weekend. It literally came the next day at no extra cost. The shop even threw in a 20% off code with my next purchase. I will 100% be ordering from here again. Highly recommend”
