“I reviewed this in Trust Pilot. But because the site is so good I have no problem doing it again. Highly recommend Excellent site to shop. Delivery was fast as promised and my items were boxed and packaged securely. I bought Ugg Tasman for my Grandsons birthday. Best price online . Super pleased with the services. Thank you so much”

“Love my jacket. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Only gripe I have is that the security tag was left on and it ruined a pair of nail clippers and took me an hour to remove!. The last time I bought a parajumpers coat the tag was left on so maybe its a thing with this brand 🤷‍♀️”

“Ordered a pair of trainers from ODs on next day delivery. DPD ended up losing my parcel. Rang Od's customer service to explain the problem (actually spoke to a real person and not a bot) the lady took up the issue with DPD who confirmed the parcel had been lost in transit. The lady rang me back the next day and sent a replacement on next day delivery, no problem.. will definitely be using this site again, great customer service. Thankyou”

“Ordered some jewellery to be delivered to our Granddaughter. Unfortunately she wasn't in when it was delivered. Helen from OD's wad extremely helpful and assured me that when the jewellery was returned to her, she would resend it. Helen has kept me informed at all times. Such a helpful person, she is a credit to OD's.”

“My order came with a verification code emailed only 2 hours before it was delivered to my house. My housemate couldn’t accept the package without the code, and I was at work in a hospital clinic and couldn’t be on my phone to send her the code. The delivery driver said they’d try again the next day, but nobody came. Now when I look at tracking delivery I think it’s being returned to sender, which if so, is so disappointing after just 1 attempt at delivery with such short notice to be ready to accept it. And there have been no further email updates even confirming what is happening with my package and if it’s being returned to sender and refunded so I feel in the dark waiting to see what happens - and I would still really like my package. And I’ve now tried to contact customer service and haven’t heard back. I’d appreciate any help or updates on my delivery please”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your delivery. We’ve checked our system and unfortunately hadn’t received any previous contact from you before your review, but we’re glad we could look into this for you. DPD have recently introduced a secure PIN delivery service, which means parcels can only be handed over when the one-time verification code is provided at the door. This does mean that parcels cannot be left in a safe place or with neighbours unless the correct PIN is given. The PIN is generated and emailed directly by DPD, often close to the delivery window, and this timing is something we cannot control. It appears that because the PIN couldn’t be provided at the time of delivery, the parcel began returning to us. As soon as it was received back into our warehouse, we processed a full refund for your order. We truly understand how frustrating this experience must have been and appreciate your patience throughout. If you decide to order again in the future and need any assistance with delivery options, we’re always here to help. Thank you, OD's Designer Clothing
