Hi Simon, This is the first time you have contacted us regarding this order. Until now, we were not made aware of any issue with your parcel. As a business, we dispatch hundreds of orders daily, and unless a customer contacts us directly or dpd flags an issue, we have no way of knowing that a parcel may be delayed or missing.
