“I didn’t receive my order . I paid for next day delivery and didn’t read DPDs email saying I needed to give a code I’m out at work during the day normally parcels are left as I don’t have neighbours . I needed it for the sat before 10am and when I called on the Fri it couldn’t be done. The item was for an event so no good now .”

Hi, thank you for your review and for taking the time to explain the situation. We’re really sorry to hear the order didn’t arrive in time for your event — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Your order was dispatched on time using DPD Next Day delivery. As part of DPD’s secure delivery process, a one-time PIN code is required to complete delivery, which is sent directly by DPD via email and text message. Unfortunately, as the PIN wasn’t provided at the time of delivery, the driver was unable to leave the parcel. Once we were contacted on Friday, the delivery options available at that stage meant we were unable to guarantee delivery before Saturday morning. As the item was dispatched correctly and delivery was attempted by the courier, we’re unable to offer a refund for delivery in this instance. Kind regards, OD’s Designer Clothing Team

“I purchased the Shell Mountain jacket for my husband in a Woodland green colour. He loves it, fits perfectly, he wanted a lightweight jacket for the inbetween weather and he says its a great feel. Fit for purpose.”
