“shipping was fast and the item was mainly ok apart from their being two small marks on the inside on the bag, near where you open and close it. a bit ridiculous considering it was over £400”

However, we’re very sorry to read about the marks you mentioned on the inside of the bag - especially on a purchase of that value, we completely understand why that would be disappointing. We haven’t received any direct contact from you regarding this, and we would have absolutely wanted the opportunity to get this resolved for you straight away. “Bought a jumper for £125. Site advertised “free delivery on orders over £100. At checkout added £6 for delivery. No other option available. I went ahead as it stated next day delivery. Informed the next day it would be delivered while I was at work and would not allow it to be delivered to a post office or safe space. Had to miss the delivery. Unable to wear as planned and had to take time off work next day to ensure delivery or it would be sent back. Not good service”

Our delivery terms are clearly outlined on our website, including that free delivery applies to orders over £100 on full-priced items only. If an item is discounted or part of a promotion, the delivery charge will automatically apply at checkout. We use a secure next-day delivery service which requires the parcel to be handed directly to the customer. For this reason, we’re unfortunately unable to offer safe place or Post Office delivery options. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will reattempt before returning the parcel back to us. We always aim to be transparent with our delivery information on our website and are sorry this caused frustration on this occasion.
