“I paid ten pounds for next day delivery and they came three days later. No info no nothing. Disgusted. Wouldn’t recommend”

“Total superfood, totally delicious and keeps me full until my next mealtime. I mix with 200ml unsweetened almond milk, 1 small/med banana and a handful of blueberries or raspberries etc. Helps keep my weight where I want it!”

“Easy to order off the website and great value for money. The website has lots of information and articles which I find informative. Quick confirmation e-mail response to my order and love the humour attached as it makes it more personal and I feel a valued customer! I had a problem with my last delivery in that it was delivered damaged so I contacted customer services and they sent me a replacement immediately! So satisfied I have placed repeat orders on my multi vitamins and Krill oil tablets.”

“We have been using the Total Super Foods Weight Management Shake since the start of the year. It's great to have found something that is totally vegan, tasty and full of good stuff. We have this with soya milk and sometimes add a banana. We have this for breakfast most mornings now and we have each been able to lose 2 stone since the start of the year. It's easy to order online and generally the order arrives very quickly.”

“I am feeling neutral. I was very happy with the prices and also with the vegan choices, although when I have received my package the paper bag what was used to store the protein was broken. I have requested a refund and the customer service agent was very nice and helpful. As an advice for the future please try to use different bags and when out it in the box use something to fill in the empty spaces so it is protected more. (who knows how they deal with it during the shipping). Additionally, there was no spoon for the protein neither any description or any chart to see how much we should consume. What was written only in the package that this is up to us, but it is incorrect. Protein consumption needs to be precisely measured to your body weight and depends on how heavy training you have. Overall the products are good, and the customer service was good as well, but there are room for improvement.”
