I am feeling neutral. I was very happy with the prices and also with the vegan choices, although when I have received my package the paper bag what was used to store the protein was broken. I have requested a refund and the customer service agent was very nice and helpful. As an advice for the future please try to use different bags and when out it in the box use something to fill in the empty spaces so it is protected more. (who knows how they deal with it during the shipping). Additionally, there was no spoon for the protein neither any description or any chart to see how much we should consume. What was written only in the package that this is up to us, but it is incorrect. Protein consumption needs to be precisely measured to your body weight and depends on how heavy training you have. Overall the products are good, and the customer service was good as well, but there are room for improvement.
