“When I received the juices they were not frozen and not cold. I was told I could still freeze which I did. I later defrosted and they were horrible and seemed to have started to ferment. I phoned and they were not interested at all and seemed to doubt the problem. They got a lot of money for their juice and I couldn’t drink them. Appalling customer service as I should have been refunded and they refused. Will tell all my patients to avoid and the word will spread.”

“This is the 1st time I've used Nutriseed. The vanilla powder I bought is fabulous quality. As good as the powder I have bought from else where. The service is great. My only comment would be that I would prefer a tub for the 500gm size than a resealable bag. It would be more durable.”

“Whatever I order it always arrives in double quick time and it always packaged well. I have not had any damage so far in any of my orders. I recently ordered dried apricots and dates, and they are wonderfully fresh if that makes sense., Sealed bags and easy to access as and when I need them.”

“Ordered their green blend product which arrived with different ingredients listed to those on the site. Including artificial sweetener Stevia which is not healthy. Queried it via their customer services email. Received no response and no one answers the phone. £30 for a health supplement I can’t use and terrible service.”

“I buy the Raw Organic Cacoa Powder in 1kg bulk. It is a really good quality product and lasts very well in my large glass jar. Also very reasonable price compared to others on the market, I shop around for the best deals! It did take quite a long time to be dispatched and arrive to me, over a week I think but that can be forgiven. I love that Nutriseed offer discounts and intensives to repeat customers. I'll be back!”

“Orderd an item 1st week in MAY. Item not received by 22 May. Phoned Nutriseed who said ther were problems with postage. They promised delivery in days. Item received 24 May. Item as described in utriseed advertising and was well packed. Product V good, postage not so good. Staff. member who dealt with my problem on the phone polite and efficient.”
