“Bought a Jobe Gama kayak. The order was processed quickly enough. I had a few problems with the delivery company (DX) though. They just kept putting my large and heavy parcel back into storage at their depot. However, following a phone call to NS Watersports they had the ability to speak to an actual human at DX and my parcel was delivered the following day with no issues. Had the kayak out on the lawn and looks a good bit of kit to go with my Jobe SUP. Thankyou for your efforts in sorting DX out.”

HI Neil, Many thanks for the review and call, we always welcome any feedback. As soon as you contacted us, we called DX to find out what was happening with your delivery, they apologised for the delay, and assured us it would be delivered on Thursday. We have checked the tracking and called them to confirm that the goods were delivered to you yesterday. Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the delay in the delivery. “Now on day six waiting for a drysuit that should have been delivered the day after order!! Communication is really poor They took my money when they didn’t have it in stock and did not inform me of this until I contacted THEM”

HI Neil, Many thanks for the review, we always welcome any feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in you receiving the drysuit, we had temporarily sold out. I did try and get the suit to you for the Saturday but unfortunately the suppler let us down after assuring us they would send for a Saturday delivery. I have refunded you all the delivery costs and an extra goodwill payment for the additional inconvenience caused. The extra day delay is due to DPD, which is completely out of our control. The suit is due to be delivered today. Once again I do sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Best regards, Kevin

“Dry Bag for Keys & replacemnt drain plug for Wavesport Disel. Arrived quickly and costs resonable. Not yet used in anger but look well build and good waterprrof seals. Bung easy to fit but again not yet used as not yet been back on the river to confirm if its stoped the ingress of water throught my drain hole.”

“Quick delivery. Good quality Drysuit and shoes. The Typoon Hendra drysuit, fits well. I got Astral water shoes, git a size bigger than I wear which fits well with the drysuit.”
