Very happy with my new typhoon Multi sport drysuit from Northshore, only issue was having to pay £15 postage on a £600 purchase !! bit excessive.

Hi William many thanks for your order and review. Having looked into your order due to the order being high value and being in the Highlands there is a higher delivery cost. Good product arrived quickly. How to improve…..send email confirming sale. It was several days before I got that. Left me wondering what was happening.+ no answer when I tried to call.

Unsure whether to blame NS Watersports? Ordered a pair of Adidas sailing trainers size 8, they arrived but seemed very small. Stupidly I was going out and wore them (so they cannot now be returned to ask for the next size up). I wonder if they are marked the wrong size as the bottom of the shoe looks smaller than other size 8 shoes. Be warned and order a size larger if thinking about buying Adidas Terrex 255 HEAT.RDY trainers. I feel that I have wasted £75 that I could not afford to waste in these current times. Check before you use goods. Company were good to offer me half my money back, the action was appreciated.

Great products and quick delivery. My only complaint would be £4 postage fo 2 nose clips that fitted into a standard envelope therefore large letter at the most. Other than that will definitely be back for more!

Hi Angela, Many thanks for your review. Always appreciate it. I just checked your order and we have only charged you £2 for the postage, the nose clips are £6 each and you purchase 2 and the total amount charged was £14. It costs us £1.79 to post as a large letter plus the cost of the bag. Please accept my apologies and please let me know if we can be of any further assistance. Best regards Kevin

The selection and purchasing online was quick and easy. Unfortunately only half of my order was delivered. Slightly disappointed as it is a Christmas gift.

I sought to purchase a kayak and some equipment from NS Watersports. Payment taken including delivery to NIreland. All went through, but unfortunately got an email back very quickly to say that they can’t deliver to Northern Ireland !! Whilst very disappointed at this and perhaps it could have been clearer I can’t fault NS Watersports for their communication. It was very fast and very apologetic and good customer service even though I never got as far as being a customer. Hopefully delivery to NI can be sorted soon

Great speedy service but unfortunately sent the wrong size of gloves (L instead of XL). Everyone can make a mistake, so no biggie; I gave them to my wife and now I’m the best!

Lots of items I considered were out of stock however what I did eventually choose were delivered quickly and are of good quality.

I'm truly sorry some of the items you considered were out of stock, but due to many many factors, Brexit, Covid-19, shipping problems and congestion at ports, Suez canal, transportation and many other factors, all our suppliers are facing shortages. We are getting as much stock in as possible as fast as we can, but all of the shortages are completely out of our control and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Best regards, Kevin

Whilst I know this an excellent venue my review is regarding the purchase of a 'gift voucher' to give as a birthday present. I was asked to pay £2.00 delover y charge - excessive as this was delivered via Royal Mail was not heavy so a first class stamp would have covered it. Secondly the gift voucher /certificate is what I would describe as a compliments slip with a handwritten value on it. Does the job I realise but it would be nicer if it was presented better as this is for a present.

Excellent little salt n pepper shaker for the hills. Pity they charge for delivery £2 and took 4 days to come have a rethink NS. Got a 3 compartment since shaker from amazon free delivery and arrived in 2 days.

But this was out of our control, you ordered the goods at 7.25pm on a Saturday, we posted them at 11am on Monday morning first class post and TBH 99% of our goods arrive the next day. The only thing that is out of hands is the final delivery when we do rely on a 3rd Party. Good prices and a great website. However, I was promised next day delivery if I ordered before 2pm (on Friday) which I did, but it wasn't shipped until Monday so I was slightly disappointed as I wanted to use the paddle on Sunday.

Did not honour the 24hr delivery of order placed ahead of 2pm. In fact stock was not even checked until I prodded them the next day by which time the product should have been in my hands. Product now delivered.

We try and carry most items in stock, but every now and again we have to get it from the supplier and if possible get it shipped direct. The water carrier I ordered arrived in good tiem and was as described. Unfortunately it was packed in a polythene bag in such a way that as I carefully opened it with a pair of scissors I nicked it making it unuseable. Part of the carrier was rolled into the folded over bag which was the bit I had chosen to open. Too bad - my fault entirely, I should have been more careful knowing what was inside, but it could have been packed in a more appropriate way perhaps.
